 USE 
 Endurance sports: * 
 Caffeine reaches its maximum effects during endurance performance approximately 1 hour after ingestion, the correct dosage depends on body weight. The effects of caffeine can last up to 2-3 hours, depending on the amount that is consumed. Recommended caffeine intake is at least 3 mg / kg body weight, at least one hour before training (maximum 400 mg / day). People who regularly consume caffeine should avoid the other caffeine consumption for at least 24 hours before taking ACTIVATOR.
