BCAA INSTANT from SPONSER contains the branched amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in the optimum ratio of 3: 1: 1 in micronized and instantized powder form. BCAAs are among the essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. In their function as amino acids and protein components, they support the development and maintenance of muscle mass. In practice, they are often used during strength training or endurance training or to increase the BCAA level in protein shakes (eg Whey Isolate).
SPONSER® offers BCAA INSTANT as a cola flavor drink, or purely for adding to other products (100% purity). The BCCA cola drink is also enriched with vitamins (against fatigue) and taurine (recovery), which offers corresponding benefits especially with strength training.

leucine
Leucine can be considered as the most important amino acid in terms of muscle protein synthesis. It plays the "trigger" and has the "detonator" function for the growth stimulus and the new formation of muscles. The BCAA formulations from SPONSER offer the maximum daily allowances according to Swiss food law.
Isoleucine, Valine
Together with leucine, these two amino acids also modulate muscle protein synthesis, also via an insulinogenic effect.
All BCAA can be used for prolonged physical exertion, when the body's energy reserves (glycogen stores) run out to gain energy (gluconeogenesis).
taurine *
Taurine is not an amino acid and has no activating or fatigue-delaying effect, as is generally believed due to its wide use in energy drinks. Taurine is primarily an antioxidant and in its function participates in many metabolic processes.
vitamins *
Vitamin C, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid help to reduce fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism, while folic acid supports normal amino acid metabolism.
